Definition: The business where a member conducts fund transfer, i.e. fund deposit or fund withdrawal, between its futures dedicated fund account and the Exchange’s dedicated settlement account, via a Futures Margin Depository Bank.

Important Notice of Business Hours and Cutoffs:

Time for Fund Deposit/Withdrawal: 8:30am-3:00pm for fund deposit/withdrawal, 8:30pm-11:00pm for fund deposit, on each business day.

Time for fund deposit on the option expiry date: 3:00-3:30pm on the option expiry date, with time for fund deposit extended for 30 minutes.

If a member uses the fund management system to conduct fund withdrawal, a withdrawal application should be submitted via the system, and the withdrawal will be processed upon the exchange’s verification. Under special circumstances when a fund withdrawal is conducted using transfer voucher, the member shall make sure it is stamped with its reserved seal, as a basis for account keeping.
