Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange Members Emergency Trading Terminal Application and Use Procedures

Before using the emergency trading terminal, a Member’s standing authorized emergency floor trader should register with the emergency trading floor with his identity card and may enter the emergency trading floor upon biometric identification.

A Member’s temporarily authorized emergency floor trader should apply for and use the emergency trading terminal of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (the “Exchange”) in accordance with the following procedures:

1.Application

The Member should submit the Application Form of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange for Temporary Use of Emergency Trading Terminal (faxed copy or original), identity certification of the authorized person and other materials required by the Exchange to the management personnel of the emergency trading terminal of the Exchange during 8:50-11:30 and 13:20-15:30 of a trading day.

2.Application Acceptance

The Exchange will review the application materials submitted by the Member. If the materials are complete and consistent, the Exchange will arrange for emergency floor traders to use the emergency trading terminal based on application level priority and time priority.

3.Entering Emergency Trading Floor

The Member’s authorized emergency floor trader may enter the emergency trading floor with the access card issued by the management personnel of the emergency trading terminal of the Exchange.

4.Emergency Trading

An emergency floor trader should operate the trading terminal in strict accordance with the regulations on the management of computer equipment for emergency trading terminals.

5.Exiting the Emergency Trading Floor
